What is the service intended for?
The ELDAx Q-validation service ensures a correct and comprehensive process for validating the authenticity of electronically signed documents in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation. It is available in a cloud environment via a web services interface.

What is the service intended for?
The ELDAx Q-validation service may only be used in accordance with the Service Policy, applicable laws, and the intended use of this service, i.e., for legitimate and lawful purposes related to the validation of electronic signatures and seals. The service may only be accessed through the defined interfaces and applications made available for the purpose of providing this service.
Service user
A service user may be an end Customer or a Partner providing the ELDAx Q-validation service to other entities. Anyone accessing the service is required to protect the service interface against unauthorized use and to ensure appropriate security when using the service. This applies to any interface through which the service is accessed (hereinafter referred to as the “Interface”).
Service Interface
The ELDAx Q-validation service interface consists primarily of web services for integration with the service, as well as any application or integration interfaces provided exclusively by the service provider or a partner designated by the provider.
Service Policy
The ELDAx Q-validation service is operated in accordance with the Service Policy and must not be used in a manner inconsistent with the permitted uses described in Section 1.4.1, nor for any illegal purposes. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any unauthorized use of the service. In the event of a breach of the security or integrity of the Interface, the Service Provider bears no liability for damages of any kind caused by the use of this unsecured, counterfeit, or otherwise compromised Interface. The ELDAx Q-validation service does not internally store lists of revoked certificates, or CRLs, from individual certification authorities; therefore, it does not maintain information about revoked certificates if the relevant CRLs are no longer directly available from the certification authority in question. In this case, where the relevant lists are no longer freely available from the relevant certification authority, a security element based on a certificate from that certification authority may be interpreted as no longer being unambiguously valid.
The service processes a complete electronic document at its input.

Preamble
In connection with the provision of the“ELDAx Q-validation: Validation of Qualified Electronic Signatures and Seals” service (hereinafter referred to asthe “Service”), provided by TECHNISERV IT, spol. s r.o. ID No.: 26298953, with its registered office at Traťová 574/1, Horní Heršpice, 619 00 Brno (hereinafter referred to asthe “Company”) offers to clients (users) as part of its business activities, the personal data of natural persons may be processed.
Scope of Personal Data Processed
The first name, last name, and title of the certificate holder, or the name of the entity on whose behalf the certificate holder signed the document (if included in the document title), the first name, last name, and title of the individual (the Service user or their representatives), username, email addresses, phone numbers, if provided, and any other personal data entered in the Service Agreement.

Methods and means of processing
All personal data will be processed by the Company to the extent necessary to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the Company, or to the extent necessary to fulfill a contract to which the data subject (Service user) is a party, in accordance with the principles set forth in applicable laws. The Company’s personal data processing principles, as well as the rights of the data subject, are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR” or the “Regulation”), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.
The Company will process personal data using appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect it, which comply with the ISO 27001 standards established for information security management systems.
Only authorized personnel who have been trained in the handling of personal data and are bound by a confidentiality agreement will have access to personal data.
No automated decision-making or profiling will take place during the processing of personal data.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to a foreign entity.
No Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
Processing time
Personal data processed to fulfill a legal obligation will be processed for as long as the legal obligation for which the data is being processed remains in effect; this period is generally 10 years.
Personal data processed for the purpose of performing a contract will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the obligations and exercise the rights arising from the contract, i.e., for the duration of the contract, and generally for an additional 5 years after its termination, unless the law provides for a longer period. In the event of a dispute, this period will not end before the dispute is finally resolved.
Information on the data subject’s rights regarding the processing of their personal data
You have the following rights arising from the Company’s processing of your personal data:
the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, in particular regarding the purpose of the processing, the identity of the controller and the processor, your legitimate interests, and the recipients of the personal data;

the right to restrict processing,
