Data Processing Terms and Conditions for the ELDAx Q-validation Service
Preamble
In connection with the provision of the“ELDAx Q-validation: Validation of Qualified Electronic Signatures and Seals” service (hereinafter referred to asthe “Service”), provided by TECHNISERV IT, spol. s r.o. ID No.: 26298953, with its registered office at Traťová 574/1, Horní Heršpice, 619 00 Brno (hereinafter referred to asthe “Company”) offers to clients (users) as part of its business activities, the personal data of natural persons may be processed.
Scope of Personal Data Processed
The first name, last name, and title of the certificate holder, or the name of the entity on whose behalf the certificate holder signed the document (if included in the document title), the first name, last name, and title of the individual (the Service user or their representatives), username, email addresses, phone numbers, if provided, and any other personal data entered in the Service Agreement.

Methods and means of processing
All personal data will be processed by the Company to the extent necessary to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the Company, or to the extent necessary to fulfill a contract to which the data subject (Service user) is a party, in accordance with the principles set forth in applicable laws. The Company’s personal data processing principles, as well as the rights of the data subject, are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR” or the “Regulation”), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.
The Company will process personal data using appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect it, which comply with the ISO 27001 standards established for information security management systems.
Only authorized personnel who have been trained in the handling of personal data and are bound by a confidentiality agreement will have access to personal data.
No automated decision-making or profiling will take place during the processing of personal data.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to a foreign entity.
No Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
Processing time
Personal data processed to fulfill a legal obligation will be processed for as long as the legal obligation for which the data is being processed remains in effect; this period is generally 10 years.
Personal data processed for the purpose of performing a contract will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the obligations and exercise the rights arising from the contract, i.e., for the duration of the contract, and generally for an additional 5 years after its termination, unless the law provides for a longer period. In the event of a dispute, this period will not end before the dispute is finally resolved.
Information on the data subject’s rights regarding the processing of their personal data
You have the following rights arising from the Company’s processing of your personal data:
the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, in particular regarding the purpose of the processing, the identity of the controller and the processor, your legitimate interests, and the recipients of the personal data;

the right to restrict processing,
